Cover Letter

  • 6 Oct, 2015

There are many ways potential recruits can approach college coaches by introducing themselves before meeting in person. One of the best aproaches is to write a thoughtful cover letter that quickly introduces yourself, outlines your interest, qualities and why you think you are a great fit for the program. Of course, there is no specific formula on how to best approach the coaches but there are a few things that you can do to improve your chances of introducing yourself and making a lasting first impression. Your preparation and strategy has to be second to none. But of course, it all starts with a professional introduction of yourself. A well written “Cover Letter” followed by an online resume can help you to a great start. As you read the sample cover letter please feel free to use it and make any changes you want to better fit your needs, goals and objectives.

Good luck!
