NBA Finals Betting – Golden State Warriors vs. Toronto Raptors

  • 14 Sep, 2019

The Golden State Warriors take for the 2019 NBA Championship on the Toronto Raptors.

The Warriors will be looking to win their third straight title and their fourth in the past five decades, although the Raptors will want to win their first-ever title. The Warriors got beyond the Clippers, Rockets and Trail Blazers to win the Western Conference, while the Raptors defeated the Magic, 76ers, and Bucks to win the Eastern Conference. Golden State is about a 3-1 favorite to win the best-of-seven series, but the Raptors will possess the home-court benefit. The Warriors will be without Kevin Durant for the first match of the show, however, Golden State still has a powerful lineup featuring Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green. Golden State may get Durant back at a certain stage in the show and they might also get DeMarcus Cousins back from injury. The Raptors are led by Kawhi Leonard that has been spectacular in the playoffs, averaging 31.2 points and 8.8 rebounds per game. Toronto has also gotten a strong play of late from backup guard Fred VanVleet that has scored in double-figures in 3 consecutive games. Golden State might be without Durant, but so long as they’ve Curry in the lineup they are hard to beat. Curry is averaging 35.8 points in the previous five Golden State wins. The Raptors defeated the Warriors in both regular-season meetings, winning 131-128 at home in late November and 113-93 in Golden State in mid-December. Read more:
